How to plan your wedding 3

 11. Get the cake
Cake decoration is an art.
But before choosing a cake it's better to think at its taste. Also consider if you have children at your party (they won't eat a cake with liquor or alchoolic ingredients).
Then choose a design that match your wedding style.
Consider cake toppers too.
You can find many ideas and very cute items.

12. Hire your entertainment
What type of wedding would you like?
Elegant and soft: a three members orchestra playing classical music would be the best choise.
Rustic: a guitar and a singer could match this theme.
Young and modern: a Dj will not only put music on, but will will keep the flow of the event, make announcements, and plan all your special events with you.

13. Choose decorations
You can usually hire someone that will decorate your wedding, but it can be expense. Find decorations that match your color scheme. Take a visit of the venue and take pictures of how the area looks. You may want to even measure the dimension of the room or area. This will allow you to plan where you want everything go and if you have enough space.
Anyway a professional Flower shop will do an excellent work.

14. Seating chart and Guest book
They will be part of your decoration, so it's important to consider the theme and the colour of your wedding.
Seating chart is very important because your guests will be really happy to have an easy way to know where they're seated.
You can choose between a table order or an alphabet order (the last one is the best when you have more then 100 guests).
Guest book is great to remember this special day. You can choose between a traditional album or an alternative poster where your guests could put their signatures.

15. Hotel Rooms
Many couples will rent a “honeymoon” suite the night of their wedding. Also, you may want to reserve a block of rooms for guests that will be attending your wedding. This will usually ensure they all get the best rate.

16. Wedding programs
As with the invitations, you can you have your programs professionally printed or make your own. It’s not recommended that you print your programs much more than a week in advance in case there are any unexpected changes. (such as changes in ushers or candle lighters) If possible, have your officiant proof read the ceremony potion of the program.

17. Plan Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner
You may want to create a schedule for the bridal party for the day of the wedding, so they know what time they need to be places. (hair appointment, photos, ceremony, etc)
