How to plan your wedding

When you finally decide to get married you cannot feel happy, joyful and thrilled at the idea of planning your cerimony...

But it's very important to stay organized from the beginning! 

Quando finalmente decidete di sposarvi, non potete che sentirvi felici, entusiasti ed elettrizzati all'idea di organizzare il matrimonio...
Ma è molto importante concentrarsi sull'aspetto organizzativo fin dall'inizio! 

There are some important steps you need to follow:

1. Set the date
The day should be planned not less than one year before if you want to be sure to find the restaurant, the photographer and the cerimony place that you really would like!
It seems a lot of time, but it will pass sooner then you can imagine, as you will be very busy in the organization.

The factors in choosing a date include the availability of your venue, friends and family. Think about who you must have at your wedding, and try to set the date around them.

Il giorno deve essere deciso non più tardi di un anno prima se volete essere sicuri di trovare il ristorante, il fotografo e la locatio della cerimonia che davvero vi piacciono!
Può sembrare molto tempo, ma passerà più in fretta di quanto possiate immaginare, impegnati come sarete nell'organizzazione.
Tra i fattori da considerare nello scegliere la data è inclusa la disponibilità della chiesa o della sala comunale, degli amici più cari e dei famigliari.
Pensate a chi desiderereste davvero avere al vostro matrimonio e scegliete il giorno anche in base a questo.



2. Set a budget
This is very important, because you'll need to buy and to pay many different things and it's very easy to exceed the amount you planned.

 Pianificate un budget.
Questo è molto importante perchè le cose che dovrete pagare sono molto ed è davvero facile eccedere la cifra pianificata al'inizio.

3. Decide on the size of your wedding
Remember to talk this over with your fiance. A dream wedding for one may not be for the other. Also this has to be decided in consideration of you budget.

Decidete le dimensioni del matrimonio.
Ricordate di parlarne con il fidanzato/a. Un matrimonio da sogno per voi può non esserlo per l'altro.
Inoltre tenete presente il budget prestabilito.


4. Choose your venue and officiant.
Even church venues and officiants can charge fees. If they don't charge a fee outright to perform the ceremony, be courteous to pay a generous gratuity for their time.

 Scegliete chiesa e sacerdote
Anche chiesa e officiante possono essere soggetti al pagamento di una tariffa. Se non vi richiedono una tariffa per la celebrazione del matrimonio, è opportuno donare un'offerta per il loro tempo e disponibilità.

5.  Choose a theme

It doesn't have to be anything really specific, but you want there to be a consistent feeling throughout.

The most important thing is to choose a colour and a matching style: modern, retro, vintage, young, fashion,...

I.e. pink is perfect for modern, young, romantic and fashion style; red is for elegant, fashion and modern; black and white for retro, vintage and elegant.

Take a look around before taking the last decision: surf on the web, read wedding themed papers,...

Scegliete un tema
Non è necessario che sia qualcosa di specifico, ma è importante che sia capace di creare un'atmosfera.
La cosa più importante è scegliere il colore e uno stile adatto: moderno, retro, vintage, giovane, fashion,...
Ad esempio il rosa è perfetto per uno stle moderno, giovane, romantico e fashion; il rosso è per l'elegante, il fashion e il moderno; bianco e nero per retro, vintage ed elegante.
Guardatevi intorno prima di prendere una decisione: navigate sul web, riviste dedicate al matrimonio,...
